Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Densai handles your personal data when you visit densai.nl (including the KMjobs page at densai.nl/kmjobs) or pre-register for the KMjobs app. We collect as little as we need, and we never sell your data.

2. What we collect

KMjobs pre-registration form

When you pre-register on densai.nl/kmjobs, we collect:

Your email address (required)
Your name (optional)
The kind of job you're looking for (optional)
Your preferred city or region (optional)
Whether you agreed to receive emails, and the date and time you signed up

Emails you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Technical data

Like any website, our hosting provider receives technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is needed to deliver the website and protect it against abuse. We do not use this data to identify you.

3. Why we use it

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you based on it.

4. Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers that process data on our behalf:

Google (Google Sheets / Google Workspace): stores the details you submit in the pre-registration form.
Cloudflare: hosts and delivers this website and protects it against attacks.
Google Fonts: provides the fonts on this website. When a page loads, your browser requests the fonts from Google's servers, which receive your IP address.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep it

Pre-registration details: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and no longer than 12 months after the KMjobs app launches.
Emails you send us: as long as needed to handle your question, and no longer than 2 years.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Have incorrect data corrected
Have your data deleted
Restrict or object to how we use your data
Receive your data in a portable format
Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting anything we did before you withdrew it

To use any of these rights, email info@densai.nl. We will reply within one month. Every email we send also includes a way to unsubscribe.

If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

7. Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we don't use analytics tools. If that changes, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when the KMjobs app launches. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make important changes, we'll tell pre-registered users by email.
